Common challenges
Sourcing at a distance has a few well-known sticking points. Here is how we handle each one.
Many listings online belong to trading companies rather than the factory itself, which adds a margin and a layer between you and the people making your product. We confirm who owns the machines before you go any further.
An opening quote often leaves out packaging, certification, pallets or export handling. We ask for those upfront and put every cost on one sheet, so the number you plan around is the number you pay.
A sample is made slowly and with care; a full production run is a different exercise. Checks partway through the run keep the two aligned while there is still time to adjust.
HS codes, certificates of origin and labelling rules decide how smoothly a shipment clears and arrives. We prepare these alongside production rather than at the end.
All of this is far easier to sort out early than late, and most of it simply comes down to having someone nearby who can visit, look, and tell you what they saw.
How it works

We approach manufacturers directly, filter out trading companies, and come back with a shortlist we have checked on the ground: capability, capacity, certifications, and who actually owns the machines.
Samples ordered, compared and sent to you. We negotiate minimum order quantity, unit price, tooling and payment terms, and put every cost on one sheet before anything is signed.
We visit during the run, not only at the end. Pre-production, in-line and final inspections with dated photo and video reports, so the balance payment happens after the goods have been checked.
